Exchanges + Returns
Online shopping is hard sometimes and mistakes can easily be made! We'll help you out though because we want you looking your best and feeling confident in out products.
Please carefully read the below criteria before contacting us through our Contact page to lodge an exchange or return.
You must adhere to the following criteria to be eligible for an exchange or return:
- The request must be lodged within 30 days of your order date.
- The product(s) must be in original condition and returned in original packaging and retail packaging.
- Shipment of the product(s) back to our address will be at cost to the customer. We recommend using a parcel service with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for returns that do not make it to our address.
We will inspect the product(s) upon their return and either approve or decline your request for an exchange or return. Please allow 3 business days upon the arrival back to our address for your request to be processed.
- If your request is approved, we will fulfil your request. In this case, the exchange will be posted back to the customer free of charge. If we cannot fulfil your request due to a product being out of stock, we will be in contact with you to organise an exchange for another product or a refund.
- If your request is declined, the product(s) will be posted back to the customer free of charge.
Liability of Lost Parcels
TEE-PEE Surf cannot be at any time held responsible for lost or damaged parcels while in transit - whether it has been shipped by us to the customer, or shipped from the customer to us as an exchange or return.
All parcels shipped by TEE-PEE Surf include a tracking number and link. In the case of a missing parcel we can help locate its whereabouts but cannot guarantee its arrival. Please take great caution in making sure you fill out your postage details correctly in the Checkout.
