When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped either the same day they are placed or the next business day.
How long does my order take to arrive?
It depends on what shipping method you choose.
Standard Shipping can arrive anywhere in Australia between 3-5 business days, Express Shipping can arrived between 1-3 business days.

My shipping address is wrong, what do I do?
Contact us ASAP! Instagram or via email is perfect. We will make sure you get your goods sent to the right place.
Can I exchange a faulty / wrong product?

Can I pick up?
We don't offer local pick up, however we do deliver in Shoalhaven Heads free of charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! And if you are an international customer checking this tab out, THANK YOU! All our international postage information can be found on our Shipping page.
Why do I have to pay duties and tax on picking up my international order?
This one is out of our hands unfortunately. The payment of international duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer. For more information, check with your relevant local authority.
Payment FAQs
What currency do you charge in?
All TEE-PEE Surf orders are charged in AUD (Australian Dollar).
If you are an international customer of ours, best to check the exchange rate before ordering. We wouldn't want you to have an unexpectedly expensive charge on your statement.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept most payment types via Credit Card, Afterpay and Laybuy.
We also accept three accelerated forms of payment in Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
